Description:
This course teaches beginners/refreshers the basic skills needed to crochet.
You will learn how to:
During this course you will learn the basic crochet stitches and crochet a project of your own
Basic crochet stitches: chain, double, treble & fastening off.
Most frequently used yarn types and hook sizes.
You will learn and develop skills such as:
- Holding a hook and yarn.
- Creating a foundation chain.
- Practicing different stitch types.
- Fastening off work.
- Weaving in ends.
By the end of the course:
You will be able to decipher patterns in UK and US terminology and crochet simple projects with confidence.
Duration and time and Dates:
- One Day Course, Saturday, 10am – 1pm and 1.30pm – 4.30pm
